T-Birds put together a much needed winning Streak with their second win in 4 days beating Sachem by the score of 5-4. The win also help them hurdle Sachem in the standings, now into 5th Place with a 6 win 5 loss record. T-Birds are beginning to play their best hockey of the season as of yet.

Senior Goalie Noah Tloczkowski from Sayville improved to 4-0 with an outstanding performance in net. The game featured some timely saves that were momentum swings in favor of the T-Birds early in the contest.

The duo of Junior Forward Ryan Fleischauer and Senior Forward Jackson Tomforde continue to put the offense on their backs. Both notched two goals each giving Tomforde his 8th and Fleischauer his 10th, as well as adding an assist. Fleischauer now sits with 15 points in 9 games played. Tomforde is now second on the team with 13 points in 11 games played.

And welcome to Party to the self-proclaimed hockey-artist known as ZTM… Goal one on the season off of a nice steal and snipe past the Sachem goalie. Zach Martin a Junior forward from Connetquot was finally rewarded for his much improved play over the past few games. Martin also added an assist in the contest as well, his best game yet on the season.

Junior Jack Mercado assisted on what would be the winning goal, and had a fantastic effort on defense in the win. While Sophomore Eathan Brdey and Senior George Vadyak also added helpers to score sheet, both their 3rd assists of the season respectively.

The T-Birds Varsity is back in action on Thanksgiving Eve vs Middle Country. We would love to sea everyone at the Rinx to support the Squad; 7:50pm Start!
