T-Birds played a fun and high scoring affair on Sunday night vs. Ward Melville and came away with the win 8-6. Ryan Fleischauer was an offensive force scoring 5 goals including the game winner late in the 3rd period on the powerplay. Matt Campagnola and Brent Brdey contributed with 4 assists during the win, and congrats to Alex Barylski with his first goal and points as a Varsity member of the T-Birds, finishing with a goal and 2 assist. Outstanding efforts for Eathan Brdey, Zack Martin, and Alex Deleon all putting up their first points of the season. Alex Clark with his second start of the season earned his first Win at the Varsity level. Also a salute to many fans in attendance for a Sunday night game, way to bring the energy.
Tonight, Weds. 10/18, the T-Birds are back in action with a game against KPC. Game starts at 7:50pm; hope to see the same crowd and results again!
